About me
She holds a Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy from an institute that is a member of the European Association for Psychotherapy (EAP) and the European Association for Integrative Psychotherapy (EAIP), as well as a Master’s degree in Early Childhood and Primary Education. She has several years of experience working individually with adults, as well as with families, couples, teenagers and children, both in person in Dublin and online. She gained clinical experience through placements in psychiatric wards within clinical hospitals. Her additional training and certifications include integrative and systemic psychotherapy in the treatment of depressive, anxiety and trauma-related disorders; basic and advanced psychotherapeutic hypnotherapy; psychiatric assessment using DSM-IV and DSM-5; integrative-systemic couples therapy; eating disorder treatment; and body-oriented therapeutic work. Her practice focuses not only on treating psychological difficulties, but also on exploring their underlying causes – working with a person’s relationship with themselves and with others. As a systemic therapist, she works with whole families as well as with parents of children experiencing developmental difficulties. She regularly develops her professional skills through ongoing clinical supervision.
