Couples Therapy

Couples therapy is a space where two people learn to truly hear each other, rather than simply trying to prove their point. It becomes helpful when the same arguments keep coming back despite good intentions, when closeness fades somewhere along the way, or when a life change — a move, a new child, a career crisis — upends what used to work.

It isn't a courtroom. The therapist doesn't decide who is right — they help both partners see the patterns each of you brings to the relationship, and find new ways of talking, arguing, and approaching difficult subjects. Often it turns out that the issue you're fighting about is only a sign of something deeper — and that you can reach it together, before it's too late.
