Perinatal

Pregnancy & Postpartum Support

Pregnancy and the first months after birth are a time when the world changes faster than we can make sense of it. New feelings emerge, new roles take shape, unexpected anxieties surface — and often a sense that "nobody really understands me." Support during this period can take many forms: a doula, a perinatal therapist, babywearing classes, support groups.

Asking for help is not a sign of weakness. It's a wise choice made by someone who wants to move through this time with intention, not just survive it. A doula and a perinatal therapist are not substitutes for medical care — they complement it, walking alongside you in the spaces that medicine so often leaves unaddressed.
