O mnie
She holds a diploma in integrative psychotherapy obtained at an institute that is a member of the European Association for Psychotherapy (EAP) and the European Association for Integrative Psychotherapy (EAIP), as well as a master's degree in Preschool and Early School Pedagogy. She has several years of experience working individually, with families, couples, and also with teenagers and children — in person in Dublin and online. She gained clinical experience during internships in psychiatric wards of clinical hospitals. Additional training and certifications include: integrative and systemic psychotherapy in the treatment of depressive, anxiety, and post-traumatic disorders; basic and advanced psychotherapeutic hypnotherapy; DSM-IV and DSM-V psychiatric diagnosis; couples therapy in the integrative-systemic approach; treatment of eating disorders and body-oriented work. Her practice focuses not only on treating disorders, but on uncovering their causes — working on one's relationship with oneself and with others. As a systemic therapist, she works with whole families and with parents of children who have developmental difficulties. She regularly develops her skills through professional supervision.
