About me
She is a humanistic-integrative psychotherapist and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). She completed her psychotherapy training at the University of the West of England in Bristol, UK. Her work is guided by the question, “What happened to you?” rather than “What is wrong with you?” She focuses on the individual—their personal history, experiences, relationships, and unique way of making sense of the world—rather than reducing their experience to a diagnosis. With extensive experience working with people from diverse backgrounds and walks of life, she brings curiosity, mindfulness, compassion, and deep respect for each person into her therapeutic practice. Her work draws upon a range of psychotherapeutic approaches, including Transactional Analysis, Polyvagal Theory, Systemic Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). This integrative approach allows her to draw on different therapeutic perspectives according to what feels most relevant and helpful to the client at any given moment. She believes that every person is unique, and therefore there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Each session is guided by what matters most to you and what you feel is important to explore at that particular moment. Her aim is to create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can better understand yourself, your experiences, and your needs.
