About me
I am an integrative psychologist and practicing therapist with 2 years of experience. I was born and raised in Donetsk, where I lived until the age of 17, so I have a very personal understanding of what it means to live through instability, loss of safety, major life changes, and displacement. Later, I spent four years in Moscow and now live in Batumi, Georgia, where I continue my private practice. My own experience of migration helps me deeply understand people who are rebuilding their lives in a new country, dealing with anxiety, loneliness, loss of familiar support, or the consequences of difficult life experiences. In therapy, I help people reconnect with themselves, better understand their feelings and needs, and gradually build a life that feels more authentic and their own.
