About me
I am a psychologist with professional experience since 2021, supporting adults through emotional difficulties, relationship challenges, self-esteem issues, and life transitions. My approach is warm, attentive, and non-judgmental. I believe that therapy is a safe space where you can slow down, better understand yourself, explore your emotions, and discover new ways of relating to yourself and others. I work with issues related to: • relationships and recurring relationship patterns • self-esteem and self-worth • emotional difficulties and suppressed emotions • anxiety, inner tension, and life changes • family relationships and intergenerational patterns • psychosomatic manifestations and the connection between emotions and the body My professional background includes training in Emotionally Imaginal Therapy, Transactional Analysis, RPT, and Family Constellations. I have completed one year of professional training in Transactional Analysis and continue to deepen my knowledge and skills through ongoing professional development. I especially enjoy working with people who want to understand not only what is happening in their lives, but also why certain patterns keep repeating. If you are going through a difficult period, experiencing changes in your relationships, or simply feel that you have lost connection with yourself, I would be happy to accompany you on this journey.
